Price per 1x young plant of Colocasia ‘Emerald’ established and growing in a 9cm pot. Just starting to root the pot out.
Colocasia ‘Emerald’ is an most attractive cultivar of Colocasia esculenta – the pale green leaves are flushed with a pale centre with feint veins running towards the leaf margins. Markings are subtle but very attractive.
This is a tender variety that can either be used as summer bedding or over wintered frost free. Not as fussy during the winter as many other varieties.
For best growth, grow in a warm location with plenty of fertiliser and water.
