Arisaema limbatum is an attractive Japanese species that is seldom seen in cultivation in Europe.
Burnished bronze coloured spathes with streaks of white appear before the leaves are produced each season. Tubers are relatively small and although cold hardy, it either needs to be grown in extremely well drained soil if planting out in the garden, or cultivated in a pot in order to avoid issues with winter wet. Otherwise, this is a fairly easy plant.
