Description
Cyclamen hederifolium is a wonderful little plant for a woodland garden, or open shaded position. These seeds are garden collection from a large population of mostly pink flowered forms, with the occasional white flower mixed in.
For best results soak the seed for 24 hours prior to sowing. Sow onto good quality seed compost and cover with 5-10mm of fine horticultural grit. Germination can take 2 months or so at around 10 degrees C. All Cyclamen seed need darkness for germination, so do not surface sow without the layer of grit.
