Agave montana is a Mexican species with stiff and spiny deep green leaves. Over the past few years, Agave montana has taken the horticultural world by storm as it is both easy to grow and can take cold and frosty temperatures with ease.
Sow the seeds on the surface of a well drained compost. When larger, plants can be planted outdoors in a very well drained gritty or gravelly soil in full sun. Although this species is very cold hardy, it is well recommended to place a rain cover over the plant during the winter months. Excessive moisture or snow freezing in the crown can sometimes cause problems.

Arisaema consanguineum Seeds

Arisaema consanguineum is a widespread and variable species. Elegant and easy to please, this makes an easy garden plant.
These seeds have been collected from plants here growing in the open garden, and consequently are open pollinated (ie, hybridisation cannot be ruled out). However, no other Arisaema are grown in close proximity to these plants, so cross pollination seems unlikely.
Spathes are greenish in colouration with hints of brown.
Arisaema fargesii Seeds

Arisaema fargesii is an unfussy and vigorous species. The flattish pinky brown tubers multiply easily through small offsets.
The spathe is strongly hooded and striped brown and white, with the spadix hidden deep inside. Eventually, Arisaema fargesii can reach large proportions. The leaf will be 'tear shaped' (hastate) in young plants. As the tuber increases in size, this leaf becomes trifoliate.
