A superb Japanese species that produces a typical Amorphophallus leaf, and an impressive mottled inflorescence. Amorphophallus kiusianus is often mistakenly said to be tolerant of cool growing conditions, and as such is suitable for garden growing in the UK. Sadly, as with most others of this genus, it will do best with the warmer temperatures of greenhouse cultivation.
Grow in a well drained compost mix.
