Description
A very rarely cultivated species, Pinellia peltata is a Chinese species and makes attractive heart shaped leaves and bright green inflorescences held within the foliage.
Pinellia peltata makes stolons, which bury down into the soil soil and form young tubers. We have not tested this species for hardiness, and as yet do not have enough tubers to experiment with.
Virtually never seen for sale, we spent a long time trying to track down this plant, and are pleased to offer a few tubers.
