Description
An interesting Aroid from the Himalayan regions of Northern India that produces naturally small tubers. In the wild, this is commonly found growing among moss covered rocks or even as an epiphyte on trees.
The leaves are not as large as others in the genus, but are a stunning metallic green on top, and maroon / red underneath. The flowers are produced before the first leaves.
This is best grown in rich but free draining soil, and like Remusatia viviperiana, can be stored dry until the spring provided they have enough bulk to withstand desiccation. We are offering mature sized tubers approx 2 – 2.5cm diameter.
