Arisaema leschenaultii is a tender species from Southern India. It has a wide distribution in the wild, and a fairly large degree of variation as a result. This impressive form makes a large plant with a beautiful pale green striped inflorescence. Stems have a superb mottled pattern. Arisaema leschenaultii makes a single radial leaf on a tall pseudostam.
Tubers get quite large. They don’t make bulblets around edge of the tuber, but instead make stolons which detach and go on to make a new tuber a short distance from the parent plant. We are offering these stolons for sale – each is around 3+cm in length.
