Pinellia pedatisecta has a slender, tall green spathe with a pronounced spadix appendix. Handsome foliage completes the picture, making this an attractive plant for the exotic style garden or herbaceous border. Each leaf is made up of several leaflets hanging from a central rib.
Pinellia pedatisecta is fully hardy here in Devon, although correct drainage is important for longer term success. Grow in semi shade for best results.
The seed pods of ripe green seeds are an additional attractive feature.
