1x seed containing 10x seeds of Melanoselinum decipiens.
Melanoselinum decipiens, the Giant Madeiran Parsley, is a wonderful Umbellifer from high in the mountains of Madeira. As the name suggests, it forms a tall stem with large dissected leaves topped off with a magnificent pale pink to white flower. After flowering, the plant dies back but leaves behind plenty of seeds to start the next generation. Flowering can take a few leaves. A lovely ornamental plant for the herbaceous border.
Hardy here in Devon, although in colder areas it may need winter protection.
Sow the seeds at 15 degrees or above. They appear to germinate fairly readily.
