Description
1x bulb of Scilla Peruviana SL254.
These bulbs are around 5 years old and grown here. Originally from Tunisia, this is collection made by Mike Salmon and Chris Lovell. They should be flowering sized.
I have a real soft spot for Scilla peruviana and I grow numerous forms. Some of these unusual forms are offered occasionally. SL254 makes very large spikes of smokey blue / grey flowers – one of the largest and most spectacular forms of this species. Wonderful!
Grow in a rich loamy soil. Hardy, but this has been grown in a large pot under glass, so is actually untested out in the open garden.
