Solanum myriacanthum is a member of the Solanaceae, or Tomato family. In the wild it is found throughout Mexico and Central America, but has been introduced in many parts of the world, particularly Asian countries.
Broad leaves are covered with strong spines. A vigorous grower and easy to please. Frost tender, but easy to raise from seed each year and fast growing.
Sow seeds into a good quality seed compost at 15-20 degrees.
